Creating Waves of Awareness
Hey friends, recently I joined Homeopathy World Community! Well, some of my very close homeopath friends like Dr Navneet Bidani and Debby Bruck were telling me since long to do it but I kept ignoring somehow. But after I joined felt good to be among so many fellow homeopaths and like-minded people. There is a special reason why felt like blogging about it.
Actually being and working in quite a remote part of Karnataka, I rarely come across dedicated homeopaths those can share their experiences and things alike. Certainly I always keep discussing things with homeopath friends online, but such a kind of huge platform made me feel ecstatic for a moment. Thanks to Debby! Don’t know how this woman can do so many things simultaneously! (I keep reading her hubs as well) Truly inspiring!
Well, let me tell you the purpose of my blogging about HWC. I being an overly curious person, asked many homeopaths on the site in open chat discussion, what is their purpose of joining the site and what do they feel about homeopathy. Well must say everyone (including some top homeopaths all over the world) made me feel flattered when they honored my questions and answered quite unhesitatingly.
Most of them answered that their major aim is to create awareness about homeopathic system of medicine. Most of them feel that homeopathy has great days ahead. Some of them have some bad feelings about the recent controversies those emerged against homeopathy but many people agree that ‘acting’ for homeopathy is important than criticizing others for their criticism. We don’t certainly want to sail in the same boat as others. Let’s take it positively that criticism is making us more empowered to know the depths of our science in a better way and working assuredly together.
One more thing people are interested is the mode in which homeopathy is used. We all know every homeopath has his own module of treating cases presented to him or her. Many different methods are followed. Some people have striking differences to certain practices. But many people I talked had this thought that whatever is practiced, if it gives good results to patients, it should be welcomed. Moreover practicing homeopathy is the most important thing according to many than criticizing the different treatment modules.
Just felt like writing about my first experience on the site, so the attempt! Hope you all enjoy reading!
