Comparing Ptel with Bry reveals, that Ptel has small hard stools, Bry has large stools; Ptel < on deep inspiration only, Bry< least attempt to breathe. There are a lot of other remedies which resemble a closer relationship to Bry than Ptel.

Yes Sir, There are a lot of other remedies which resemble a closer relationship to Bry than Ptel. But two symptoms makes it very near to Bry. i.e. < from motion and other Thirst, Another symptoms I have mentioned in Blog.
Read the Blog again I used SOME TIME it works.
Consider other medicine also in Analysis.
Sir, It is small remedy, so Homoeopaths not consider it or avoid it to prescribe it, so it very resemble in many symptoms but not ALL.

This is interesting. According to Clarke there is in PTELEA generally: < from walking, speaking, mental exertion, moving eyes, raising eyebrows, before, during after stool.

PTELEA also has: "Absence from thirst" -- in the same way as it has "thirsty"; --

Doctor you have started a good discussion and Debby has, in the very beginning, given everything. Now, only the seeker who minutely goes after the characters of the medicine will find exact similar of Bry.

My main concern here is "When Bryonia does not work".

I wonder the way homoeopaths think.

There is a book by name - "When well-selected medicine fails".

It is mockery of "well-selected" medicine as well as homoeopathy. If it were well-selected, there is no room to think for the next. Only dissimilarly or partially similar selected medicines need the CRUTCHES of complementaries / supplementaries.
