Dear Debby,
Thank you such a comprehensive information about the Seghal method which I am now starting to study. It is being used here in Slovakia by some homeopaths and with very good results.
Dr. Yogesh Sehgal himself is a member of this forum.
What brought you to homeopathy? Tell your story here.
I am a vet and my first approach to homeopathy was looking for remedies for alternative treatments for animals.
Check which applies. I . . .
Use homeopathy, am studying homeopathy, include homeopathy in my healing practice
What is your vision for the future of homeopathy
My ideal is that one day homeopaths will work alongside allopaths as equals, cooperating to provide the patients with the best possible cure for their ailments, but I see a bumpy road ahead.
Why I have joined this network. . .
I want to promote homeopathy, I want to meet like-minded people, I want to learn more about homeopathy, I want to be involved with the homeopathic community at large
What is your background? It can be other backgrounds & careers. Prof. Degrees? You may direct people to your blog.
I am a vet and a student of homeopathy at the Slovak Academy for Classical Homeopathy.
How has homeopathy changed your life? Take a moment to think about your answer.
Homeopathy has teached me a lot about life. Every patient teaches me something about myself too.
What are your interests besides homeopathy? Inquiring minds want to know.
Nature, garden, permaculture, animals, herbs, making my own remedies. When it is the snowing season a good, thick book and a cup of tea. Bee keeping.

Hi Irene, sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you! I've been away most of the summer and had lent out several of the books to a local doula to read while I was away. As a fourth year student I was lucky to be able to work with a local midwife and organise a research study with 19 women from the south Leeds area who used a kit of 10 remedies I put together during their birth. Afterwards they completed a questionaire and semi-structured interview. This was great experience for me and I learnt a lot about the remedies and the realities of the various birth contexts that women often 'find themselves' in. I've also been lucky enough to attend several births - some as support for family members and some as a prescribing homeopath and there is nothing like experiencing the real thing! I would definately recommend Miranda Castro's Pregnancy and Birth book also Richard Moskowitz's Homeopathic Medicines for Pregnancy and Childbirth, Peter Webb's Homeopathy for Midwives and I carry the Accoucheur's Emergency Manual plus Murphy's repertory. Hope this is helpful. Good Luck with your study. Best wishes, Jan

I have a little book i wrote with collected information on bee diseases and pests, which is quite useful for beekeepers. It has nor been published yet but I shall share whatever i have gathered.
Hi Irene, nice to know you. I am sorry that I am not able to quote cases of treatment for kidney failure from my experience, but I am sure that indivisualizaion of the case will bring forth the curative remedy/remedies. I have known a few cases where homeopathic treatment proved successful.

Irene, its good to see a sehgal's follower in Slovakia. Hope u've got a lot of doubts as u are a beginner..... Soon u vl get a clearer idea of the method. But always keep in mind that totality is the one which hahnemann always insisted upon. And as a beginner, can you answer for the search of totality in this method? This i'm asking, to make you more clearer about the method.Sorry if interrupted unwantedly but want to insist some points....
