Ailments After Overlifting

Overlifting:

1. If lifting or carrying heavy loads, or any sudden exertion or strain produces pain, give Rhus tox

2. When from this cause very violent piercing pains are felt in the small of the back, which become worse on every motion of the body, give Bryonia. If this does not relieve entirely, Sulphur

3. If headache ensues, and Rhus will not remove it, give Calcarea.

If severe back pain occurs in Lumbar area after lifting heavy loads or sudden jerks in gymnasiums use Agaricus Mus 1M and can be followed with Rhus Tox 1M to provide instant relief within 24 hrs.

Bell-p is also good for over lifting, it helps with herniated disk

Note to the pain symptom

In case of headache Carbo Vegetabilis in low potency like C 9, 12, 15 or 30 is also helpful. Primarily pointing to the fact when people are working hours or all day long on the Sun:
